Is aaptiv worth it
WebI've been using my 30-day Aaptiv trial for my treadmill runs and am a huge fan, but don't feel like it's worth paying $100 for once the trial is over. I love having a variety of workout options with a personal trainer in my ear AND music to boot. Does anyone have a recommendation for something similar but on the cheaper side (or better yet, free)?
